Organoleptic characteristics

Complex and persistent nose, spicy and floral. It brings to mind blackberries and red fruit jams. In the mouth it is warm, with balanced tannins and a decisive full body. It’s a wine which will evolve impressively in the next 4-8 years.

Serving temperature and food pairing

Serve at 18 – 20°C it goes very well with different kinds of meats, from sapid dishes like red meats to stronger game. It’s excellent with extra mature hard cheeses.
