Organoleptic characteristics

Ruby red, the nose offers persistent notes of ripe black cherry, sour cherry and cherry.
On the palate it is very well balanced and extremely persistent.

Serving temperature and food pairing

Serve at 18°C. It goes well with pasta dishes, red meats, spiced cured meats and young cheeses, not too mature.
