Organoleptic characteristics

Intense ruby red, the bouquet offers notes of ripe black cherry, sour cherry and cherry. Some hints of coffee and chocolate. On the palate it is elegant, full bodied and well structured.

Serve at 18°. It can be enjoyed with red meats, cured meats and robust pasta dishes as well.
